Design for a Credit Card Rewards Redemption Site -SDFCU State Department Federal Credit Union

SDFCU was launching a new rewards credit card and they wanted to switch from using a third party vendor to managing the rewards in house.

Conducted User Research via member email surveys
Gathered requirements for the project from all of the various business components.
Researched best UX practices, 508 compliance, persona data and survey data
Sketched wire-frames conducted user testing via a third party company, I created the use cases and they interviewed users while I observed.
Made changes based on user feedback
Designed prototype for all cases and provided developer notes to detail functionality for our off-shore development team.
Tested designs and then sent to development

Challenge:

We hit a brick wall with the security issues. We were unable to move forward.
